2. What this website collects

You can use this website without creating an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or identity documents on this website, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

  • Technical data. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
  • Usage statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building individual profiles.
  • Language preference. If you choose a language, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage on your device. It is not sent to us.
  • Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

3. Wallet connections and blockchain data

When you connect a wallet, your wallet shares your public wallet address with this page so it can show your HVX balance and add HVX to your wallet. This happens in your browser; we do not store your wallet address on our servers. We never ask for, and can never access, your seed phrase or private keys.

To display live token data, your browser contacts a public BNB Smart Chain node (bsc-dataseed.binance.org), and, if you choose WalletConnect, the WalletConnect / Reown relay service. These providers receive your IP address under their own privacy policies.

Transactions on BNB Smart Chain are public and permanent. We cannot change or delete blockchain records.

4. HIVE-X Card and identity verification (KYC)

Card applications and identity verification take place in the HIVE-X app, not on this website. Identity verification and card services are provided by [names of KYC provider and card issuing partner]. The data collected for those services, and how it is used, shared and retained, is described in the privacy notice shown in the app before you apply.

5. Why we use data

  • to operate, secure and improve this website (our legitimate interest);
  • to answer your messages (your request);

6. Service providers and international transfers
