1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of hvxglobal.com (the "website"), operated by [HIVE-X legal entity name], [registered address] ("HIVE-X", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Information only — no offer or advice
The website provides general information about the HIVE-X ecosystem, the HVX token, the HIVE-X Card and HIVE Wallet. Nothing on the website is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset or security, or a promise of returns, exchange listing or price. Product status labels (such as "Live", "Pilot", "In development" or "Planned") describe the current situation and may change.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You may not use HIVE-X services where doing so is prohibited by law or where you are subject to sanctions. [List restricted jurisdictions, if any.]
4. The HVX token
HVX (on-chain name HiveX) is a BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain at contract 0x252Ce29d2a58B70f98fe80a67773747770Bb0028. Only this address is official. 5. Wallets and self-custody
Connecting a wallet is optional and happens through your own wallet software. You alone control your wallet, seed phrase and private keys, and you are responsible for every transaction you approve. HIVE-X will never ask for your seed phrase, private key or a "verification" transfer. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
6. HIVE-X Card and partner services
The HIVE-X Card and identity verification are provided through third-party partners in the HIVE-X app and are governed by the separate terms you accept there. Availability, supported countries, fees and limits depend on partner approval, regulation and legal review, and may change.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, copying it to impersonate HIVE-X, or using it in connection with fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity.
8. Intellectual property
The HIVE-X name, logos, card designs and website content belong to HIVE-X [or its licensors]. You may share links to the website and use materials from our press kit for news reporting about HIVE-X. Any other use requires our written permission.
9. Third-party services and links
The website links to and relies on third-party services such as BscScan, Safe, wallet providers, WalletConnect and public blockchain nodes. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". Live on-chain figures are read from public sources and may be delayed or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, HIVE-X is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from blockchain transactions, wallet software, third-party services or market movements.
